Description
Reflexology Course
Reflexology is a holistic therapy based on the principle that the feet reflect the health of the body. By stimulating specific points on the feet, reflexology encourages the body’s natural ability to self-heal, promoting balance and overall wellbeing.
This highly popular therapy offers clients numerous benefits, including the reduction of tension, improved nerve function, and the restoration of harmony within the body. Reflexology helps to release blockages and supports the body in achieving a natural state of wellness.
Our Reflexology Course provides a solid foundation for those wishing to begin a career in this rewarding therapy. The course is carried out in structured stages to ensure you gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience:
-
Stage 1 – Theory & Practical Introduction (2 Days):
Students will learn the history of reflexology, tracing its origins from ancient Egyptian practices to modern applications within the health and wellness industry. In-depth anatomy and physiology lessons cover the structure and function of the body, highlighting how reflex points on the feet correspond to different organs and systems. Professional reflexology techniques are demonstrated, allowing students to observe correct methods before beginning their own practical training under guidance. -
Stage 2 – Case Studies (4–6 Weeks):
Students begin their practical case studies on friends and family, learning how to tailor treatments to suit each individual client. Full support is provided throughout this period by the tutor, with additional online training sessions available if required, ensuring students consolidate their learning and gain confidence in their skills. -
Stage 3 – Final Practical Training (2 Days):
Students return to the school to perfect their techniques, receive expert feedback, and complete their training, ensuring they are fully confident and competent in delivering professional reflexology treatments.
The course is taught by a reflexology tutor with over 35 years of experience. Drawing on decades of expertise, she imparts a wealth of knowledge and understanding, allowing students to fully engage with this outstanding therapy and develop skills to a professional standard.
