Description
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle massage with many therapeutic benefits. This massage will teach you how to stretch and massage the body allowing for the promotion of clearing of toxins from the body through the lymphatic system. With the subtle/gentle movements that you will learn throughout the training will activate lymph and interstitial fluid circulation. MLD also helps to stimulate the functions of the immune system. Clients suffering from oedema can benefit from a MLD massage. This is an advanced massage course therefore you will be required to either be qualified in massage or enrol on one of our massage courses for your required pre-requisite.
