Description
This Hawaiian Massage also known as the Lomi lomi Massage. Uses massage movements that have origins in Polynesian methods of massage. Long sweeping movements are used on the whole of the body, creating a relaxing, calming and deep massage.
The long sweeping massage movements mimic the ebb and flow of the ocean waves. The massage gives a broader coverage of the body allowing for the massage to continue from the feet up to the shoulders. This is a very different massage to that of a Swedish or deep tissue, but will complement those treatments.
Due to the advance techniques that this treatment will teach you, it is necessary to have a pre-requisite of a recognised qualification in Swedish Body Massage or Aromatherapy Body Massage. If you don’t have either of these qualification’s you can enrol onto either of these courses with us, either, prior to this course or part of a package.
Once you have successfully completed this course you can expect to earn an average of £75 per hour.
